A Wrestling Novel Trilogy!
Are you a big fan of wrestling? Do you remember the big names like Andre The Giant, Hulk Hogan, or Queen Kong?
If you’re a big fan of wrestling and you love reading about great relatable characters, then you’re going to love the Olivia wrestling book series.
Olivia Lenna is 24 years old, 6 feet 6 inches tall and works as a bouncer at a gentlemen’s club called The Rat Hole. Her sister Emma works there as a stripper. With her dad deceased and her mom in prison, it’s up to Olivia to keep an eye on her little sister to make sure she doesn’t go down the wrong path.
Frank Gambini is the owner of The Rat Hole. He talks Olivia into mud and oil wrestling. He convinces her that “It’s all just for show” and she’ll make a killing since she’s so tall.
On a night when Olivia is oil wrestling, a sports promoter named Jaxon Anderson sees Olivia wrestle for his bachelor party. With her long legs and long arms, he envisions her as a large Mighty Kraken. Jaxon sees the potential for a professional wrestling superstar!
In the summer of 2023, I wrote a novel called Olivia: The Mighty Kraken. This book was about 325 pages. As I began to do rewrites I realized it would be better as a series. So I changed it to 3 books for 3 different reasons…
1) Wrestlers sometimes change their name or character. Most of the time for the better. For example, Rhea Ripley and John Cena. Olivia has 3 different ‘show’ names throughout the story.
2) I find smaller-sized books less intimidating to read than a 400-800-page novel. Plus smaller books are also much easier to digest.
3) I like trilogies. (Star Wars, Lord Of The Rings, etc….) Hence 3 different books.

The idea for Olivia came to me when I thought “What if Andre The Giant was a woman, only slightly smaller?”
I drew inspiration from movies like All The Marbles (a female wrestling movie from the 80s’) Jerry Maguire, Invincibe, and Rocky. If you can think of a movie where a sports superstar is discovered, I probably watched it.
Additionally, I got inspiration from wrestlers like Andre The Giant and Queen Kong. (Queen King was a 6’3″ female wrestler in the 80’s)
To add the icing on top…I used to watch videos of girls mud and oil wrestling in the late 80’s and 90’s. Videos like Foxy Oil Wrestling and Trashy Ladies Wrestling. Most of the time those girls always wore bikinis and put on a ‘show’ for the audience.
I began to think, what if there was a very tall woman who didn’t take shit from anyone, had a good moral code, was a mud and oil wrestler in a bar but NEVER wore a bikini. She always wore a one-piece suit like some of the female pro wrestlers from the 80’s.
Now if you add this all up you get – Olivia Lenna. The bad-ass mega-tall female professional wrestler. Better known as…
She’s a 24-year-old woman who’s 6 feet 6 inches tall and grows to be 250 lbs of pure muscle!
Here are some of the characters you’ll meet throughout all three books. The ages of the characters are when you first meet them.
Olivia Lenna – 24 years old. She is the bouncer (mud & oil wrestler too) at a bar called The Rat Hole. It’s a gentleman’s club where her sister Emma works. She leaves the bar when Jaxon Anderson discovers her. Jaxon turns her into a professional wrestler. Olivia has a good moral compass and a kind heart, but sometimes she has slight anger issues. Don’t piss off a giant woman!
EMMA LENNA – 19 years old. Olivia’s little sister. A stripper at The Rat Hole. Full of life, likes to have fun, drinks, on occasion does drugs and she loves to be naked. She has also had multiple sex partners.
Frank Gambini – 48 years old. Owner of The Rat Hole. Italian, slicked back dark hair, thick dark mustache, wears a few gold chains, and flaunts his money. He loves being the owner of the bar. Very sleazy and perverted dude.
Joyce Lenna – Olivia and Emma’s mom. In prison for drug trafficking. Joyce has made some very bad choices in her life but the worst was being sent to prison and letting her kids fend for themself. (Her husband died in a car accident a few years before she went to prison.)
Jaxon Anderson – 25 years old. Sports agent for Westman’s Sports Agency. He loves all sports but mostly wrestling. Female wrestling is his specialty. It’s the fastest-growing sport in the US. Jaxon has been with Westman for three years. Everything changes when he sees Olivia in action on the night of his bachelor party.
Noa – Jaxon’s girlfriend and soon-to-be wife. She’s a vegetarian Buddhist. Very ‘hippie-like.’ She believes everything happens for a reason and the Universe will provide you with what you need. When she meditates she can sometimes see things. Like an ability to see the future. Most of the time she’s correct, other times she’s a little off.
Heather Beckman – One of Jaxon’s former wrestling clients. She’s retired from wrestling because of an injury in the ring. She getting a divorce from her husband of 10 years, a wrestler named Mike ‘The Mad Dog.’ He became very abusive in the last few years of their marriage.
Becca – Heather’s daughter (In book 1 she’s 11 – by book 3 she’s 13) Sassy, witty, teenage smart-ass attitude, in a fun way. Loves her mom, but doesn’t like her dad.
Mike ‘The Mad Dog’ – Heather’s ex-husband. In the past few years, he has become very abusive. He threw Heather into a wall and made her injury worse.
Flora Howard (Foxy Crush) – One of Jaxon’s old clients who is now with the AWWL. She was working with Jaxon for a year and felt she wasn’t getting anywhere. She believes she’s the best and she’s owed a championship.
Becky Powers – Dancer at The Rat Hole. Frank hires her to try and rip Olivia’s clothes off when they oil wrestle. Bad idea! After Olivia leaves the bar Becky and Emma become closer friends.
Toni D’Anglo – Owner of the AWWL. (American Women’s Wrestling League) It’s like the WWE but she ONLY deals in women’s wrestling. All her wrestlers look hot and make her tons of money. She’s been running the AWWL for 15 years from New York City. She’s also Frank’s sister!
Vada Sato – Toni’s assistant. Japanese-American. Very smart. Knows 5 languages, social media, and computer expert.
These books are for fans who LOVE wrestling. If you love girl-power you’re going to love these books. If you love LGBT+ books you’re going to love these books. If you love drama, broken families being fixed, and good character development then you’re going to love these books. I categorize these books as fiction – Action / Drama but you might also consider them sports too.
The ‘Action’ is the wrestling and the ‘drama’ is the family stuff.
